Purpose of processing your personal data
We process the following types of data:
Employee data and data of past employee data for administrative purposes. Legal grounds for this type of processing are for the performance of the employment contract (Article 6 (1)b) and for us to be in compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6 (1)c)
Supplier/Vendor data for administrative and operational purposes. Legal ground for this type of processing are both for our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1)f) as well as to be in compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6 (1)c)
Recipients/categories of recipients
In carrying out our business, we may use sub-contractors. These will be businesses such as salary administration service provider and accountancy firms. We will ensure that they respect your privacy and abide by all data protection laws.
Retention periods
We will keep your personal data for the period required by law. In case of supplier/vendor data, we keep for the duration of the business relationship, should this period exceed the length of time required by law.
